Saturday
The contest will be held in conjunction with the monthly MASA
sport launch on Saturday. Our waiver allows flights to
4,500 feet AGL. Based on field size and distances from occupied buildings, the
maximum practical flight altitude is 4,000 ft agl. Field size
supports up to a J motor. The contest range will be
located and run separately from the sport range.
1/2A PD multi-round will be held on Saturday. The other
five events will be held on both days.
Sunday
The contest continues on Sunday. The regular MASA
sport range will not be set up. However, those who wish to
do some sport flying will be able to set up their own equipment
in a misfire alley sport range (separate from the contest
range). The waiver will NOT be active on Sunday.
This limits sport flights to < 3.3 lb and no more than 125 grams
of propellant.
This contest will be conducted in accordance with the current
U.S. Model Rocket Sporting Code and the NAR Safety Code.

211th Ave NW. This is a gravel road. The farm is
located on the driveway leading west with the sign " Private
Drive" located at the intersection of Tiger St NW and 211th Ave
NW.
From I-94:
Take the Elk River / Rogers exit. Take Hwy. 101 north. Hwy. 101 becomes US Hwy. 169.
Cross US Hwy. 10 and the Mississippi River. Continue on US
Hwy. 169 until you reach Main Street. Take a right onto Main
Street. Go two blocks, then take a left at the 4-way stop onto
Hwy 13. Follow Hwy 13 until you get to Co. Rd. 34/ 205th Ave
NW and take a right onto 205th Ave NW for 1.3 miles. Turn left
onto the gravel road at the "T" intersection.
