2003 MASA Officer Nominations (11/5/2002)
Nominations opened at the MASA meeting on November
4, 2002. Nominations will remain open until midnight on
November 18. Any MASA member may nominate another MASA member,
or themselves, by sending email up until that cut-off.

address.
Nominees must be MASA-members-in-good
standing. Club officers are also required to be members of the
NAR. For more information on the officer's duties, see this
page or email the current officers
with your questions.
Nominees have until midnight on December 2 to either
accept or decline their nomination. (Nominees - please
consider your choice carefully. I ask you not to automatically
decline your nomination and "run for the hills" -Alan)
Those who accept their nominations will become candidates. All
candidates, if they wish, will have the opportunity to write a
paragraph about themselves for publication in the club newsletter
and/or on the club web site before the election.
The election will be held at the MASA meeting on
January 7, 2003. Provisions will be made to allow absentee
ballots from MASA members unable to attend that meeting.
