The April 2007 MASA meeting was held on the 5th at
the Science Museum.
8 people attended the meeting.
The April launch will be on the 28th. It will be at the
Nowthen sod fields if they are dry enough. If not, then it
will probably be at the VFW soccer fields. Final decision
will be posted to the mailing list and on the web site.
An outreach request has been received for August.

TARC - a discussion was held about the status of various
local teams and having launches before the qualification
deadline.
Ted Cochran talked about launch safety.
The NARCON experience was discussed. (We survived!
Yay!)
The proposed version 4.0 of the MASA bylaws was discussed.
A motion was made and seconded to accept the revised bylaws.
A voice vote was called with the result of 8 ayes and no nays.
The result of votes received via the mailing list poll and email
will also be taken into account. If passed, the new
version of the bylaws will go into effect at the May MASA
meeting. (The bylaws may be found
here.) Raising club dues
will also be discussed at the May meeting.
